Remember the whole Riot Grrrl movement? Kathleen Hanna? Well, even if you were just a wee one "back in the day" this girl completely references the mix of tough and innocence that that period exemplified. She just needs to trade in her sandals for a pair of Doc Martens and she'd be perfect for 1993. But then she's pretty perfect for now!
