So this is "IT girl" Becca Diamond...what being an "IT girl" entails I'm not sure...but I loved this dress. And oddly enough I especially liked that there are little strings hanging off the hem. Kinda like she pulled it from the costume rack of the local theater troupe. (a really cool theater troupe)
